Katie’s Snack Cart provides so much more than just snacks. Katie and her helpers allow me to stop every Tuesday afternoon and realize there are things more important than what I’m focusing on at my desk. It’s a brilliant concept to provide employment for those in the Special Needs community as they age out of High School to provide value to our community.
